3 Year LL.B Course

Course of Study

The teaching and instructions shall be in accordance with the Bar Council of India Rules. The candidates admitted to the course shall pursue the courses of study.

Duration of the Course

The duration of the course leading to the Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) shall be of three academic Year. Each academic year comprises of 2 semesters

Each Semester shall consist of 18 Weeks. The papers and the syllabus are given after admission.

1st semester

  3. Law of Torts
  4. Family Law – I (Hindu Law)
  5. Criminal Law – I (Indian Penal Code)

2nd semester

  1. Contract – II
  2. Company Law
  3. Property Law
  4. Administrative Law
  5. Family Law – II (Mohammedan law and Indian Succession Act)

3rd semester

  1. Environmental Law
  2. Labour Law
  3. Criminal Law – II (Criminal Procedure Code, Juvenile Justice Act, Probation of Offenders Act)
  4. Clinical Course I – Professional Ethics and Professional Accounting System Probation of Offenders Act)
  5. Jurisprudence
  6. Clinical Course I – Professional Ethics and Professional Accounting System

4th semester

  1. Public International Law
  2. Optional – I Human Rights Law and Practice/Right to Information

5 Year B.A, LL.B. Course

Duration of the Course

B.A. LL.B. integrated degree course, combines. The duration of the course leading to the Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) shall be of five academic Year. Each academic year comprises of two semesters.

A student who successfully completes the five year LLB. Course shall be eligible for the award of the Degree B.A.LL.B.

Each Semester shall consist of 18 Weeks. The papers and the syllabus are given after admission. The teaching and instructions shall be in accordance with the Bar Council of India Rules.
